What is your return policy?

We stand behind all our products and expect you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on personalized items unless the mistake was made by us. If you feel the mistake was on our end, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you receive an item from us that is defective or broken, please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements to replace it.

Please be advised that Color Samples displayed for Custom Products may vary slightly from the final product because each computer screen's output is calibrated differently. Products may not be returned due to color variations between samples and final product. We advise you to make your size, color, font, and personalization choices very carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

When will my items ship?

Since our products are customized just for you, the average turnaround is 3-14 business days plus ship time. The majority of our items ship within 3 business days; however, some items take even longer depending on workmanship and popularity. Turnaround time varies from product to product, so please refer to product descriptions prior to placing an order. These times do not include holidays, rush season or acts of God beyond our control. Please plan accordingly prior to placing your order. I am always happy to answer any questions regarding shipping and will do my best to accommodate rush orders or requested dates, but you must contact customer service at info (at) theplaidpig.com before you submit your order.

How do I track my order?

All orders will ship UPS, Fed Ex or USPS priority mail. Please refer to your product's estimated shipping time prior to contacting customer service regarding your order status. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as it becomes available.

How do I cancel my order?

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. So when an order is submitted, it is processed immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it is in fulfillment.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Orders cannot be shipped to a PO BOX, so please provide a street address when ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States.

Help, I did not receive my all my items?

Please keep in mind if you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive at different times and in different packages. Our products are shipped directly from our vendors. So if your order contains products from different vendors, they will arrive separately.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do not charge sales tax except in the state of Texas. All orders shipped to the state of Texas will include 8.25% sales tax.

What forms of payment do you accept?

PayPal is the administrator of our shopping cart system. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase or receive refunds from us. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and electronic check. We never see your information, ensuring your ultimate safety and privacy.
